In mixing bowl combine softened cream cheese, jalapeno chilies, orange marmalade, green onions and parsley.
Whip on medium speed for 3 to 4 minutes.
Place 2 Tbsp. of spread in the middle of each flour tortilla, spread evenly making sure to leave at least
1/2 inch around edge. On bottom 1/3 of tortilla place 2 oz. of the chicken strips top with 4 avocado slices and 1/3 cup of shredded spinach.

2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
2 Tsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. chili sauce
2 drops tabasco brad pepper sauce
1/2 oz. white rum
1 cup pink florida grapefruit sections
1 cup white florida grapefruit sections
To taste black pepper, salt
METHOD for FLORIDA GRAPEFRUIT SALSA
In a bowl combine green onion, parsley, brown sugar, chili sauce, Tabasco and rum; blend well. Add pink and white grapefruit sections; stir gently. Add salt and pepper to taste
ASSEMBLY:
Roll tortillas and refrigerate until chilled ( approx. 4 hrs.). Cut tortillas into 1" slices. Arrange on plate and garnish with Florida citrus fruit.
